Site Rates

Additional Fees

The price of each site includes 2 adults. Additional adults (age 16+) are $5 per adult per day.

Children (ages 3-15) are an additional $3 per child per day, which includes access to all non-ticket activities (such as our outdoor movie and Freebie Friday). 

​

There is a 2-night minimum for our C8 cabin. If only 1 night is desired, a NON-REFUNDABLE $25 cleaning fee will be added to your bill.

​

Storage in our secure storage lot is $3 a day or $60 a month.

​

Please take note of our cancellation policies prior to making your reservation.

Long-Term and Seasonal Stays

Any stay over 6 days is considered a long-term stay.

​

We do charge half of your stay at booking and half at check-in. If you're staying for more than 2 months, the deposit will be applied to your second month. 

​

For reservations between 6-28 days, a 30-day notice is required in order to receive full refund of deposit.

​

For reservations over 28 days, a 60-day notice is required in order to receive full refund of deposit.

Long-term stays are welcome in our A-loop for $550-575 a month, but please CALL OUR OFFICE to make your reservation. 

Sorry, but we cannot pro-rate long-term stays.
