6 MONTH RATE:
30 amp = $2,700 50 amp = $3,200
FOR ALL RESERVATIONS: Balance is due upon arrival. All
discounted rates must be reserved and paid in advance.
RV STORAGE RATES:
Per day = $3.00 Per month = $60.00
Onsite: $100.00 per month with min 6 months at seasonal rate
stay

GENERAL POLICIES
-
No cutting of brush or trees.
-
No moving of rocks in streams or fire pits.

Monthly rates are for 2 people. Per person extra per
month is $50.00 for 15 years and up; children 6-14 are
$25.00 per month, per child.

Day use pass is $5.00 each per day
-
Overnight visitors must pay extra person rate per night.
No exceptions
-
Refund will be 90% of reservation if cancelled 7 days in
advance for campsites or 14 days in advance for cabins.
No exceptions.

No refund for early departure after check-in.

One vehicle per campsite. all others must be parked in
parking area near entrance.

If you book multiple sites, payment is expected for all
sites booked upon check-in. This will help avoid any
confusion. If you book multiple sites, you are
responsible for payment of all sites.
PET POLICIES
-
Pets are allowed at sites with approval of management.
Please tell us if you have a pet at the time of making
reservation and again at check-in. Limit 1 pet per site.
-
All dogs must be on a leash and may not be left
unattended at sites outside of campers.
-
You must clean up after your pet.
-
No aggressive dogs allowed.
CAMPGROUND RULES:
-
Check-out time 12:00 o'clock noon
-
Check at office if you are leaving late
-
NO CUTTING OF TREES, BUSHES, OR SHRUBS
-
No rock throwing
-
Dogs must be leashed at all times; "pooper-scooper" a must;
limit one pet per site; pet requires prior approval by
management

Camping units using dump stations $5.00 charge
-
Operation of motor bikes or dune buggies in campground is
prohibited
-
Quiet time 10:00pm
-
No check-in after 11:00pm
-
No washing camper or vehicles
-
Fee for campers not on sewer site $5.00

Non-campers (not registered) $10.00
CABIN POLICIES

No pets in cabins. Anyone who brings a pet into a cabin
will be asked to leave with no refund. Security deposit
will be forfeited. No exceptions!

No smoking in cabins. Smoking is allowed on deck. Anyone
caught smoking in cabins will be asked to leave with no
refund. Security deposit will be forfeited. No
exceptions!

Adding people to cabin without checking them in and
paying will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave
with no refund.
-
Any damage will be deducted from cabin security deposit.
-
Cabin security deposit will be refunded after check-out
and cabin is cleaned.
