Take Note Before You Book:

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS

 

  • Weather permitting, we will be open May 15th- Oct 31st.

 

  • For stays fewer than 6 days, a deposit equal to one nights stay will be charged to your card in order to hold your site. Your deposit is fully refundable pending you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to your check-in date. The deposit will apply directly to your balance upon arrival and the remainder of your balance will be due at check-in.
     

  • For stays between 7-28 days, a deposit equal to half of your stay will charged to your card in order to hold your site. Your deposit is fully refundable pending you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to your check-in date. The deposit will apply directly to your balance upon arrival and the remainder of your balance will be due at check-in.
     

  • For stays over 28 days, a deposit equal to half of your stay will charged to your card in order to hold your site. Your deposit is fully refundable pending you cancel your reservation 60 days or more prior to your check-in date. The deposit will apply directly to your balance upon arrival for single-month stays and will apply to the second month for multiple-month stays. The remainder of your balance will be due at check-in.
     

  • Deposits are charged for all reservations, including those you intended to pay for with coupons or vouchers. Upon check-out, deposits are refunded if not applied to other expenses such as firewood or coffee.

 

  • For certain holidays, we enforce a strict cancellation policy as well as our minimum 3-night stay.  Any reservations cancelled within 10 days of the start of the holiday will be subject to the full price of the reservation. No exceptions for weather. Our holidays include Labor Day, Memorial Day and Fourth of July.

 

  • We reserve the right to move or change your requested reservation or site FOR ANY REASON.

PRICING & ADD-ONS
 

  • All sites are priced for 2 adults. Any additional adults beyond 2 are charged $5 per adult per day.
     

  • All children are $3 per child per day.

 

  • Extra tents on site are an additional $20 per tent per day. This price includes the cost of 2 additional adults. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU PLAN TO BRING AN ADDITIONAL TENT. Most of our sites are sized for single-family use. 
     

  • Group site is priced for 8 people. Standard extra adult and children rates apply.
     

  • We offer a 10% military discount for service members with valid military ID. Note that this offer cannot be combined with our weekly or monthly rate, nor with any other types of coupons.
     

  • One discount is permitted per reservation (e.g. weekly rate of 1 night free and Black Friday coupons cannot be combined).
     

 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
 

  • Check-in time is after 2:00pm. We do not offer early check-in.
     

  • Please call ahead if you require special arrangements for a late check-in.

 

  • Check-out time is 12:00pm. Please inform campground staff if you need additional time. 

 

  • No refunds will be issued after check-in.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

  • For non-holiday weekends, reservations under 6 days long that are canceled 10 days or fewer prior to check-in date will be not refunded their deposit.
     

  • For non-holiday weekends, reservations between 7-28 days long that are canceled 30 days or fewer prior to check-in date will not be refunded their deposit.
     

  • For non-holiday weekends, reservations over 28 days long that are canceled 60 days or fewer prior to check-in date will not be refunded their deposit.
     

  • For holiday weekends, reservations canceled 10 days or fewer prior to check-in date will be charged the full price of the 3-night minimum of the reservation.
     

  • Please note that there is no additional charge for sunshine, rain, wind, or hail, therefore we cannot offer refunds under these conditions. 
     

  • Please CALL OUR OFFICE to make cancellations.

CABIN POLICIES

​

  • No pets are allowed in the cabin.
     

  • Smoking is not permitted in the cabin.
     

  • Late cabin check-outs may result in charges for an additional night’s stay.
     

  • We do not provide housekeeping services during your stay, but all cabin reservations fewer than two nights will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning fee of $25.00, which you pay at check-in.

PET POLICIES
 

  • All pets walking on grounds must be accompanied by their owners and on a leash unless in properly designated areas. 
     

  • If your pet is not potty-trained, please remove any “accidents” immediately. We offer complimentary waste removal bags at select locations.
     

  • Our insurance does not allow certain breeds, specifically pit bulls, Rottweilers, German shepherds, bull mastiffs, chows, and Doberman pinschers. 
     

  • We care about the comfort of your pet. Please do not leave your dog unattended at your site. 
     

  • Please ask about our leash-free exercise area for dogs.  

 

 

GENERAL POLICIES

 

Quiet Hours
 

  • Quiet hours are 11:00pm-9:00am on weekends, 10:00pm-10:00am on weekdays.

 

Motor Vehicles

 

  • The operation of noisy motor vehicles is prohibited. Motorcycles may not be ridden into the campground after 11:00pm. 
     

  • ATVs, 4-wheelers and go-cart-like vehicles are not permitted on site. We do allow golf carts, but please call ahead to alert us if you are bringing one.  
     

Campfires & Firewood

 

  • We do NOT allow outside firewood. For more information, see FAQs.

 

  • Please help us protect our trees and foliage. Feel free to gather dead wood for your campfire, but do not cut live trees or bushes.

 

  • All campfires must be contained to designated fire pits. 
     

  • Please do not burn trash unless it is paper-based.

 

Pond & Streams
 

  • No swimming is allowed on site and no lifeguards are on duty.

 

  • Fishing is permitted in our fishing pond, and no license is required. Pond is stocked with blue gill, catfish, and bass. We do not sell bait. Please practice proper catch and release etiquette.
     

Parking & Driving

 

  • Campsites have room for one vehicle (in addition to your RV, popup, or tent).
     

  • Arrangements can be made for additional vehicles in our gravel parking lot.
     

  • Please do NOT park in open or empty sites unless you have a reservation for that site.
     

  • For the safety of all guests, please display site tag in your windshield at all times.  
     

  • For the safety of our guests, children, and pets, please keep driving speed to the posted 5mph.
     

Campsites
 

  • One RV is permitted per campsite unless approved by management.
     

  • Additional tents are permitted on RV sites for a fee of $20. Please call ahead if you plan to pitch more than one tent. Our sites are sized for single-family use.
     

  • Please do not move picnic tables without consulting with management.
     

  • Please double-check that your RV will fit your selected site before arrival. Our site dimensions are available here.
     

Trash

 

  • Please deposit trash in our designated dumpsters in the gravel lot near the entrance of our grounds or by your site for trash pickup between 11am-4pm.
     

  • Please do not leave trash out at night.
     

  • Please do not leave trash in fire pits.

Storage

​​

  • Motorcycle trailers, toy haulers and additional vehicles must be stored in our gravel parking lot. Our rate is $3 per day for trailers or $60 monthly.
