RESERVATIONS

  • A credit card or check is required to make a reservation.  Your card will not be charged until check-in unless you fail to comply with our cancellation policy.  There is an exception for the holidays listed below.
  • FOR THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAYS:
  • There are NO DISCOUNTS on holidays.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required
  • 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY

CHECK-IN

  • Check-in time is after 2:00pm and before 8 :00pm
  • Please call ahead if you require special arrangements for a late check-in.
  • Please note that discounts will not apply to credit cards. You must pay cash if you wish to use any discounts.

CHECK-OUT

  • Check-out time is 12:00pm.  Please let us know if you need additional time.  We do not want you to be rushed.

CANCELLATIONS

 

  • CAMPSITES:  All reservations canceled prior to 14 days before the check-in date will be charged a $10.00 fee. All reservations canceled within 14 days before check-in date will be charged a fee equal to one night's stay. Any reservations canceled for holiday weekends will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the reservation total.
  • CABINS and GROUP CAMPING:   A service fee of $25 will be charged for reservations canceled 14 days or more prior to check-in date.  Reservations canceled 14 days or less will be charged a one night fee.  
  • Please note that there is no additional charge for sunshine, rain, wind, or hail, therefore we cannot offer refunds under these conditions. 

        We are unable to refund any monies for HOLIDAYS AND AFTER CHECK IN.

 

CABIN POLICIES

  • No pets are allowed in cabins.
  • All our cabins are designated non-smoking.
  • Small cabin maximum occupancy is 4 persons.
  • Large cabin maximum occupancy is 6 persons.
  • The cabins can be rented for a two-night minimum stay.
  • Violators of any of the above cabin policies will be asked to leave with no refund including security deposit.
  • A $100 cabin security deposit is required at check-in.   Any damage will be deducted from cabin security deposit.
  • We regret that we cannot refund cabin security deposit until cabin has been cleaned and inspected.   Cabin security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check out.
  • Late cabin check-outs may result in charges for an additional night’s stay.
  • A cabin inventory is provided on our website.   A paper copy will be given to you at check-in.   Please check cabin inventory immediately upon arrival.   Please notify us of any discrepancies as soon as possible.
  • You may bring your own towels and sheets, or we will provide them for an additional $25.00.   
  • We do not provide housekeeping services during your stay.

 

GENERAL POLICIES

  • The operation of noisy motor vehicles is prohibited. Motorcycles may not be ridden into the campground after 11:00pm.
  • Quiet time is 11:00pm.
  • We love our trees and foliage, and we hope you do, too.   Please help us protect them.   Feel free to gather dead wood for your camp fire, but please do not cut live trees or bushes.
  • Golf carts are permitted; electric (quiet!) golf carts are encouraged.
  • Please enjoy our stream, rocks, and wildlife, and help us to protect our natural environment.
  • Most campsites have room for one vehicle (in addition to the RV).   Arrangements can be made for additional vehicles.
  • For the safety of all guests, please display site tag in your windshield at all times.
  • For the safety of children, pets, and those of us who are a little slower than others, please keep driving speed to a reasonable minimum.
  • We love clean RVs and vehicles.   If you feel the need to wash any vehicle while staying with us, please visit Bubbles Car Wash at Hwy 105 and Poplar Grove Rd.
  • One RV or tent is permitted per campsite unless approved by management.
  • Please help us maintain our natural beauty by depositing trash in the container at the shower house or the dumpster at the park entrance.
  • Moderate alcohol consumption is welcome.
  • Display of firearms is prohibited.
  • Natural stone fire pits have been properly located for safety.   Please build fires only in fire pits.
  • Departments of Natural Resources (DNR) warn that transporting firewood also transports insects and tree diseases.   Due to that threat, all firewood must be purchased from our camp store.   As a service to our guests we sell firewood at below market price.
  • Please do not move picnic tables without consulting with management.
  • We reserve the right to change/move your requested reserved site FOR ANY REASON.  We have no control over acts of nature, out of service utilities, and may need to move you for other unknown reasons. 

PET POLICIES

  • We welcome non-aggressive pets that are potty-trained.   If your pet is not potty-trained, please remove any “accidents” immediately.
  • Please tell us about your pet at the time of making your reservation.
  • We care about the comfort of your pet.   Please do not leave your dog unattended at your site. Please ask about our leash-free exercise area for dogs.

 

GAMEROOM POLICIES

  • Open from 9:00am to 10:00pm  
  • No Smoking  
  • Equipment is available from the Main Office (small deposit required)
